hand the partial abstinence got to do with abstinence for some period of time
after which both can go back to intimacy that will lead to child bearing.
The use of condom: it is an artificial method used in family
planning but most of the time lots of men and women using this method do not
use it correctly thereby leading to having unwanted babies. Not that condom on
it own is not effective but the problems is that the people using it do not
really know how to properly make use of it , hence this result to lots of men
and women having unwanted babies just as a result of misuse of the condom.
